Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in delivering high quality products.However , if there is an issue please read our policy below.

 In case of a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect delivery:

 

    • If the parcel appears torn or tampered, kindly refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

    • If you receive an incomplete or defective product, please provide a clear unboxing video  so we can resolve the issue promptly.

⏎ Returns and exchange

    • We accept returns/exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.

    • Products are eligible for returns only if they are unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

    • They retain all original tags and packaging.

    • The exchange request is made within 5 to 6 days from the date of delivery.

    • An unboxing video is mandatory as a proof.

    • Easy returns if the returned product is in good condition and original tags is not removed and packaging is retained.

🚛 Non-returnable items

    • No returns for slight color varaition(due to images).

💰Refund Policy

    • Refunds are processed only if return is approved.

    • Amount will be refunded to your orginal payment method.

    • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer and may take up to 7-10 working days after product inspection.

🔄  Exchange Process

    • Once your request is approved , we will arrange exchange or provide instructions.
    • Exchange is subject to product availibility.

❌ Cancellation Policy

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
    • Cancellation will not be accepted as the product may already be under processing.

🚛 How to raise a Return Request 

    • If you are a Registered User , Login to you account and raise a Return request – Raise a Return Request
    • If you purchased our product as Guest then Create an account and then raise a Request –Create an Account
 

General instructions for Return/Exchange :

  • We shall not be deemed for exchange for any small issues thread underneath , reversable side. Since in Chikankari embroidery threads are slightly long and are not cut too short to ensure that embroidery is protected.
  • The product is embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are natural outcome of human involvement in the process. Such minor variation of stiches/threads will not be liable under the exchange/return policy.
  • Every piece in unique and one of a kind made buy human hands only for you, so please execuse the minor variations.Thank you for understanding.
